The village of Opushkino is situated 38 kilometres from Moscow along the Novorizhskoe highway.
The Nefaproject has developed a series of architectural designs for both standard and bespoke cottages, as well as an entrance group and infrastructure facilities for the village. The projects were commissioned by the agencies "Russian House of Real Estate" and Skip.
