The project of a complex of buildings on a plot of 3.3 hectares was developed at the request of "Metra-Development".
It consists of residential buildings with apartments ranging from 55 m2 to 110 m2, as well as hotels. On the lower floors of the building there will be fitness centres, restaurants and underground parking.
