The architectural idea is inspired by the image of a cloudy sky. Continuous curved balconies form a soft, dynamic façade that changes depending on the viewing angle. Their flowing geometry gives the buildings a lighter appearance and creates a more natural relationship between architecture, greenery and outdoor living.
The balconies are not only an expressive façade element. They extend the living space of each apartment, provide shaded outdoor areas, and support the southern lifestyle where terraces, greenery and open-air spaces play an important role in everyday life.
The masterplan separates pedestrian and recreational areas from car movement. The buildings are positioned to create a comfortable internal green zone, while vehicle access remains outside the main courtyard space.
The apartment layouts are designed around clear zoning. Entrance halls separate the living areas from the bedroom zones, improve privacy and allow additional storage. Living rooms are oriented towards the landscaped areas and main façades, while bedrooms are placed to increase privacy and reduce exposure to street activity.
