This architectural project has been designed in accordance with the specific climatic conditions that are characteristic of Cyprus.
The edifice, situated on the principal thoroughfare of Limassol, exhibits a north-facing facade that permits the installation of expansive windows, thereby optimising the influx of natural light while preventing the interior from becoming overheated.
The south-facing facade incorporates balconies, which serve to provide natural shade, thereby preventing the intense sunlight from entering the office spaces.
The objective was to construct a sleek, modern office building that would respond to the local climate. The building's total area is 4000 square metres, and it combines functionality with contemporary design in order to ensure a comfortable and efficient working environment.
