This project is a residential complex consisting of 39 townhouses with a total area of 8,000 square meters. The primary focus is on creating affordable, efficient, and high-quality living spaces, considering the hot coastal climate.
The houses are designed in a minimalist style using light tones and natural materials such as wood and stone. Each house features spacious terraces and balconies, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that provide natural light and visual connection to the surrounding landscape.
The complex includes well-maintained green areas, playgrounds, and recreational zones, creating a favorable living environment.
